We are seeking an experienced / results-driven HR business partner. The Role is a critical link to align HR initiatives & operations with the business goals.
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management, understanding of business functions, good communication & interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
Responsibilities of HRBP will include raising the engagement levels of employees, promoting good HR practices , retaining & attracting Talented workforce, ensuring productivity & Business continuity through proper Utilization, upskilling/training, Resource forecast and hiring Initiatives.
The Candidate will maintain & develop work relationships inside teams, , overseeing wellness /Health/benefits for people, communicating Role expectations, raising performance levels, enabling skill/competence development programs, creating back up/ succession plans for high risk positions, working closing with RMG & Hiring Team for proper planning of Resource requirements.
He/She shall be a great mentor, people person, guide & would be able to solve conflict, influence positive behaviors/values work culture in the Teams.
He /She will have a keen eye on Key performance indicators/Metrics to analyze the HR trends and measure the effectiveness of HR programs/interventions.

- Proven work experience as an HR business partner

- Measure effectiveness of HR Processes
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing legal risks.
Qualification
Any bachelor's degree (MBA HR preferred)
Experience
5-7 years of relevant experience in the similar role
