ROLE DESCRIPTION:
To track the changes from end to end till successful BV or reversal of the same if any anomaly found. Track the approval for deployment/reversal and down time if any.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
IT Helpdesk Change Management Support Member-
CRITERIA ELIGIBILITY:
Candidate should have a clear idea in change management process.
Candidate should have fair idea in banking applications and domain.
Should have good communication skill.
i) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS &CERTIFICATIONS:
Graduate. Degree in any course on Banking / Information &Technology will be preferred.
ii) RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE:
Experience in related field will be preferred.
iii) SKILLS &COMPETENCIES:
Candidate must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali &English.
