Education / Other Minimum Requirements

Education degree is of less importance here but if he is a mechanical engineer it will act as a plus; but not mandatory; main focus is on experience in plant operations, plant administration and factory management. The goal is to ideally get a Marwari / North Indian person who has experience in managing / administering a SME sized factory. We do not want candidates who have worked with very large conglomerates as the diverse job responsibilities at our end will not match with his earlier experience. He will not be responsible directly for technical work but mainly for all operational, compliance related and administrative affairs of the plant. He should possess sound technical knowledge of how manufacturing processes run in a similar Plant and he give his inputs to improve performnance and production output whenever necessary. Hindi speaking skill is mandatory.

Job Profile

1) Co-ordination and liaisoning between plant and HO

2) Overseeing / Auditing on a weekly basis records maintained by plant

3) Interaction with various external government agencies like excise, pollution and sales tax departments etc.

4) Overseeing fulfilment of all statutory requirements

5) Responsible for commercial negotiations and execution of any on site work including new developments

6) Responsible for general working of Plant and assisting line Managers wherever necessary

Other Remarks

Experience in managing any continuous process industry plant as Works Manager/ Factory Manager is a must.
