BSc/ M.Sc. with 6-8 years’ experience in analytical chemistry and lab testing. We prefer people who have worked in manufacturing units and not candidates working in testing agencies / government testing departments

Job Profile

1) Should have good knowledge of QC SOP, MOA, Specification, BIS, ASTM, Physicochemical Analysis and Documentation as per ISO standard.
2) Responsible for testing of all products i.e. Raw material, Process chemicals & Finished product by chemically and instrumentally.
3) Should have operational Knowledge of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Surface Area Analyser, PH Meter instruments.
4) Standard solution preparation and standardisation.
5) Ensure Calibration, inspection of measuring & test equipment as per the schedule.
6) Should have Knowledge of Volumetric & Gravimetric analysis.
7) Maintain quality records as per ISO 9001

Other Remarks

Preferably from rubber or chemical manufacturing industry.
