Job Role
- Manage client servicing of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
- Manage client servicing for Sales & Dealing teams.
- Effective Interfacing with operations team, Legal, Compliance, accounts team, AMCs, RTA, Third party distributors etc
- Understand client’s needs & requirements and accordingly position products & services
- Engage with inactive customers and activate their accounts
- Resolve client queries, complaints & requests in defined TAT
- Generating quality clients leads through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing
clients
- Conduct activities for Client Acquisition and Financial Planning
- Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
- Maintaining & keeping track of data, office / operations related work, processing of data received
- Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well
- Partner with Client facing teams & ensure complete documentation of ongoing products, review documents,
stay current with all regulatory changes, maintain records.
- Handling & maintenance of confidential client documentation
Requirements
· Graduate / Post graduate with overall experience of 3- 4yrs , preferably in BFSI
· Should have very good communication, quick learner with people management skills
· Must be well versed with Excel.
· Should be a result oriented, self – starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improve quality of performance
· Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
· Should have an eye for detail in documents
· Should be an initiator and self-learner
