Job Purpose: To engage with Banks, train the employees on the various products and engage the customers for online activation, cross sell and up sell of non-broking products. To connect with the prospects generated through the lead generation activity for new client acquisitions.

|
· Connect with the leads as provided by the bank for providing them demo on the online and mobile platform.
· Resolve basis level online trading related queries such as password reset, user blocked, fund transfer issue etc and enable customer to trade with ease.

Lead Generation callout
|
· Connect with the prospects who have expressed interest through our various campaigns run on our ABM Website and various applications.
· Present the product and proposition to the prospects, seek meeting appointments, and convert the clients.

Cross Sell and Up Sell calling
|
· Connect with the existing customer base for promoting the ABC products
· Also does a need-based selling by doing a risk profiling of the customer.
