Job Title : Relationship Manager - TASC
Department : Branch Banking
Reporting To : Head – TASC / Zonal Head – TASC / Regional Head – TASC
Location : As decided.
Job Purpose / Summary:
- To achieve agreed individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable TASC customers within acceptable risk parameters.
- Contribute toward achieving team’s overall target and delivering optimal portfolio return.
- Collaborate and build effective partnerships with Branch, other RMs, team leaders, segment heads, as well as other Support Function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Effectively generating new business – identify prospects and convert in line with the Bank’s strategy
· Strategically formulating account plan – provide client’s needs-based solutions & to ensure cross selling initiatives in order to deepen the customer relationship
· Proactively building trusted client relationships – maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers
· Assure the best products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and compliant manner
· Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
· Handholding Branch Staff for sourcing TASC business by doing joint call and support in onboarding the clients and resolution to queries
· Ensure product & process training to the branch banking team as and when required
· Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products, KYC, AML
· Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
· Educational Qualification - Graduation & PG, Preferably an MBA
· Relevant Job Experience – 3-8 Years. Work experience should include sales (TASC along with other non-individual products) in banking.
· Skills and Competencies- Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes and support the framework for effective management of operational risks across the Business and compliance with applicable internal policies, and Govt Regulation
