Job Title: Media Marketing- Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Awareness & Media Spends:
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness across multiple channels - Meta, google campaigns.
· Manage and optimize media budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Performance Marketing Optimization:
· Analyze performance data to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
· Utilize A/B testing and other methods to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Content Strategy & Reporting:
· Create and oversee a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
· Prepare detailed reports on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Integrated Marketing Planning & Coordination:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
· Plan and coordinate integrated marketing initiatives that align with overall business strategy.
Geo X Spends:
· Manage geo-targeted advertising efforts to maximize local market engagement and growth.
· Analyze regional performance metrics to optimize spending and marketing effectiveness.
CRM Strategy:
· Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
· Oversee the management of customer data and segmentation for targeted marketing efforts.
Ad hoc Media & Strategic Projects:
· Lead special projects and initiatives that require strategic marketing insights and execution.
· Collaborate with external partners and agencies for campaign execution and media buying.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and media management.
· Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
