Job Description- RM- Retail Agri- B2C

· Identify and onboard farmers and small agribusinesses eligible for KCC and other agri-loan products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support throughout the loan lifecycle.

· Promote and sell retail agri products, including KCC, crop loans, equipment financing, and other agricultural credit solutions.

· Achieve targets for loan disbursements, portfolio size, and revenue generation.

· Monitor client usage of approved credit facilities and identify cross-selling opportunities.

· Assist in the collection of required documents and conduct preliminary credit assessments for loan applications.

· Liaise with the credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.

· Conduct field visits to evaluate borrower profiles, business viability, and ensure proper end-use of funds.

· Monitor portfolio quality to minimize delinquencies and non-performing assets (NPAs).

· Stay updated on government schemes, subsidies, and market trends relevant to the agriculture sector.

· Conduct awareness drives and campaigns to promote KCC and other retail agri products.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and approvals.

Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:

· Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· Relevant Job Experience- 2–5 years in managing KCC and farm-related loans.

· Key Skill: Strong understanding of rural markets, farming practices, and the agricultural ecosystem.

o Customer-centric approach with problem-solving capabilities.

o Knowledge of KCC, crop loans, and other agri-financial products.
