Job Purpose / Summary:
The Credit Manager will be responsible for the credit Underwriting of the Micro Home Loan & Small Loan against property. The candidate will have to establish strong and relevant Credit Risk Management and controls and processes for housing loan & Loan against property assessment under banks policy with analytical, technical and experimental skill. Additionally, the candidate must also have a decent communication skill and high-level attention in understanding of risk management and take decisions that are prudent in line with the Bank’s requirements with calculated Credit Risk Management
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure complete adherence to Credit Policies, procedures and regulatory requirements through analyzing of customer cash flow, Credit reports and other relevant data to access credit worthiness of potential new and existing customers.
• Review proposals in the area to ensure all documentation is done properly and entire legal and customer evaluation process has been followed.
• Customer visit and discussions to assess the loan requirement.
• Coordinate with Legal Team and Technical Team on regular basis to ensure fast disbursement process.
• MIS Reporting and analysis.
• Ensure Docketing of original Files, Vaulting, Foreclosure and Property Docket releasing within pre[1]scribed TAT, CERSAI Charge Creation, CERSAI Charge release & customer service.
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
•Educational Qualification – MBA (Finance) from reputed institutes, relevant certifications in Credit Analysis or risk management are a plus.
• Relevant Job Experience – Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit management, specifically Housing Finance & Loan Against Property

- Candidate mut have received at least 1 Appraisal/ PMS / Increments in between of Fy 2022 to Fy 2025.
