Job Title: State Head – Sales

Role Overview:
The State Head – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and expanding the market footprint of the company’s steel products within the assigned state.
Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement state-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Lead and manage the state sales team, ensuring high performance and capability building.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, fabricators, and key customers.

Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities to increase market penetration.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to stay competitive.

Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, credit controls, and collection targets.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in sales within steel, building materials, or industrial products sector.
