Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT leader to join our organization as Assistant Vice President – IT Server, Network, and Security. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT infrastructure, server administration, network security, and cloud technologies, preferably within the stock broking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

Design, implement, and oversee robust IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all IT systems.

Network & Cloud Security

Deploy and manage advanced network security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, access controls).

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Implement cloud security strategies across AWS/Azure platforms and manage CASBs.

Server Administration

Administer Linux and Windows servers, ensuring stability, compliance, and performance.

Optimize server operations and troubleshoot complex issues.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory standards.

Conduct IT risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.

Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

Strong grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and Zero Trust architecture.

Expertise in cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.

Proficiency in Linux/Windows server management and security automation tools.

Certifications

Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Science or Engineering.

Prior experience in stock broking or financial services.

Familiarity with tools like Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Sophos.
