Preferably a Commerce graduate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet. The candidate should possess good inter-personal skills. The candidate should be fluent in English language (both written and oral); Thorough knowledge of import and export work is a must. We do not want a fresher for this role.

HO

1) Tracking of all import shipments. Updation of import bookings and delivery in daily unitwise MIS.

2) Updation of advance and MEIS license usage details.

3) All documentation related to import and export with parties, CHA, Banks etc.

Coordination with CHA / shipping lines for container pick-up on time etc.

4) Bill checking for respective CHAs and timely payments for work to proceed smoothly

5) Participate in online auctions and placing bids as per management instructions

Good English is a must since the work involves dealing with international customers, suppliers and other agencies. Further the candidate must be computer savvy and should have a good grip over MS Excel.
