JD for Relationship Manager – Healthcare and Education

• Preferably knowledgeable in Term Loan, Working Capital (Fund & Non-Fund Based), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), Pass Through Certificates (PTC), Direct Assignment (DA), Co-lending, Debt Syndication etc.
• To oversee and manage entire life cycle of a customer, i.e. Lead Generation, Sourcing, On Boarding, Documentation, Account Opening, Disbursement, Portfolio Management, Inspection, Repayment Monitoring, Recovery, Servicing, Closure etc.
• To become exclusive banker of the customers for all banking needs including garnering of deposit, salary accounts, non-fund based requirements (LC/BG), CMS products, increasing fee income, explore other cross sell opportunities etc.
• Acquisition of quality NTB customers across Financial Institution, Healthcare & Educational Institutions (FI, H&E) sector as per budget to meet the productivity standards.
• To liaise with various branches / clusters / business segments for generation of FI, H&E leads and further co-ordinate with stakeholders like – Credit, CBO, Legal, Compliance etc. for closure.
