Degrees in fields like Industrial Relations and Operations Management and/ or any technical field related to Chemical Manufacturing industry can also be suitable. Focus on this position is to ideally get a person who has 10 -12 years of experience in handling administration of a continuous process factory.

We do not want candidates who have worked in very large organizations as the diverse job responsibilities at our end would not match with his earlier experience. He will not be directly responsible for technical work but mainly for all admin/ commercial matters related to plant. He should have basic knowledge of PPC. Hindi speaking skill is mandatory.

Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh (Tirupathi Dist.)

1) Co-ordination and liaising between plant and HO

2) Responsible for general administration and operations of the Plant. He will work in collaboration with all line Managers whenever necessary.

3) Interaction with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc.

4) Overseeing fulfillment of all statutory requirements

5) Responsible for commercial negotiations and execution of any on site work including new process implementations.

6) Auditing all records maintained by Plant on a weekly basis

Experience in managing administration/ facility management of a plant for any continuous process industry is preferred

(It is preferable but no longer mandatory for local candidates to relocate to Naidupeta with family if they are selected for the job. This is particularly applicable for senior candidates based out of Chennai and other neighbouring cities that they can work at Plant location from Monday to Saturday and then visit family/ home on Sundays)
