Job Purpose / Summary:
The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process—from identifying opportunities, preparing bids, and submitting proposals to ensuring timely and compliant responses. The role involves coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors to secure profitable contracts in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify suitable tenders and RFP opportunities from various portals, agencies, and clients.

Analyze tender documents, scope of work, and eligibility criteria.

Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams to gather input and prepare complete tender submissions.

Prepare and review costing, BOQs, and commercial terms.

Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and submission deadlines.

Maintain documentation for all bids and tender correspondence.

Support negotiations, clarifications, and post-bid follow-ups.

Track tender status, win/loss ratio, and prepare management reports.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:
