Job Description –
Job Purpose Statement: The Regional Sales Manager – Corporate Salary is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers to drive corporate salary business within the assigned geography.
Strategic Business Development
Develop and implement strategies to grow the corporate salary business within the assigned region.
Identify and onboard new corporate clients while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
Drive salary credit inflows and cross-sell banking products to maximize revenue.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
Ensure 100% staffing as per allocated budgets and facilitate continuous training programs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for sales optimization.
Sales & Relationship Management
Regularly meet with corporate clients to evaluate the opportunity for employee banking.
Conduct worksite campaigns and camps for NTB and NCOR business.
Increase product penetration including CA to acquire salary relationship opportunity
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management frameworks. Drive compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory standards to mitigate risks.
Monitor salary credit performance and ensure adherence to benchmarks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with BBG, EEB, TASC, Branch Banking, GBG, and Open Market teams to explore business synergies.
Align with internal cross-sell teams to optimize sales initiatives and productivity.
Ensure service delivery meets defined turnaround times (TAT) and client expectations.
