Position: Deputy Manager / Manager – HR Operations & Compliance
Location: Head Office
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end HR Operations, focusing on PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
· Ensure timely adherence to all labor laws and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and inspections.
· Support HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
· 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
· Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred but not mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
· Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
