Job Purpose / Summary:
· To independently examine, investigate, and conclude staff accountability incidents arising out of process deviations, policy violations, misconduct, negligence, or unethical practices.
· To ensure fair, evidence-based, and policy-compliant outcomes while protecting the organization from regulatory, financial, and reputational risks.
· Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Good communication skill
· Drafting skill should be very good
· In depth product and operational knowledge (Retail Liabilities and Retail Asset Products)
· Prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Good analytical skill
· Good presentation skill
· Ability to work independently
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Incident Assessment & Investigation- Examine staff-related incidents involving process breaches, policy violations, fraud indicators, misconduct, negligence, or operational lapses
· Staff Accountability Determination- Establish individual and supervisory accountability based on role clarity, delegation of authority, SOPs, and internal policies
- Evidence Handling & Documentation- Collect, preserve, and evaluate documentary, digital, and system-generated evidence in compliance with banking and legal standards. Ensure proper handling of records under Bankers’ Books Evidence Act and internal retention policies
· Report Writing & Conclusions
· Disciplinary & HR Coordination
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
Educational Qualification- Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA HR)
- Relevant Job Experience- 6–10 years in Banking Operations, HR, or Investigation.
· Skills and Competencies-Sound knowledge of Banking Product and process. Awareness of Banking Compliance. Analytical and Decision-making competencies. Behavioural & Interpersonal competencies.
