- Identifying and approaching suitable Candidates.
- Excellent skills in Hiring, Volume Hiring, Head-Hunting.
- Manage the overall interview, selection process.
- Responsible for publishing various reports and dashboards in a manner as per the agreements.
- Monitor, Analyse and report recruitment metrics by using knowledge, experience to strengthen Talent Acquistion funnel and improve quality and time to hire.
- Work with the team to be self- managed in their execution to support organization growth plans and hiring requirements.
- Build and drive a culture of transparency and trust.
- Work with business leaders to understand staffing.
- Coordinate between Business team & HR Operations for a smooth work flow.
- Capacity to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
- Must be self-driven to meet strict deadlines and completion of all deliverables within stipulated TAT.
Minimum Qualification -
MBA in Human Resource or any equivalent PG Qualification.
Background – Only NBFC experienced candidates.
Criteria-
- Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition/HRBP role (Banking sector/NBFC).
- Expert in the local language.
- Must have knowledge of recruitment.
- Must be open to extensive travelling.
- Experience in bulk hiring and HR administration work related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Age limit is 38 years
Compensation and Grade -
· Grade – Sr. Manager/AVP
· Experience - Gross Salary - Negotiable Hike on Current Salary, Fuel Reimbursement & Other Benefits as per Banking Industry.
