Job Description -

  1. Identifying and approaching suitable Candidates.
  2. Excellent skills in Hiring, Volume Hiring, Head-Hunting.
  3. Manage the overall interview, selection process.
  4. Responsible for publishing various reports and dashboards in a manner as per the agreements.
  5. Monitor, Analyse and report recruitment metrics by using knowledge, experience to strengthen Talent Acquistion funnel and improve quality and time to hire.
  6. Work with the team to be self- managed in their execution to support organization growth plans and hiring requirements.
  7. Build and drive a culture of transparency and trust.
  8. Work with business leaders to understand staffing.
  9. Coordinate between Business team & HR Operations for a smooth work flow.
  10. Capacity to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
  11. Must be self-driven to meet strict deadlines and completion of all deliverables within stipulated TAT.

 

Minimum Qualification -

 

MBA in Human Resource or any equivalent PG Qualification.

 

 

Background – Only NBFC experienced candidates.

 

Criteria-

  1. Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition/HRBP role (Banking sector/NBFC).
  2. Expert in the local language.
  3. Must have knowledge of recruitment.
  4. Must be open to extensive travelling.
  5. Experience in bulk hiring and HR administration work related to recruitment and onboarding.
  6. Age limit is 38 years

 

Compensation and Grade -

· Grade – Sr. Manager/AVP

· Experience - Gross Salary - Negotiable Hike on Current Salary, Fuel Reimbursement & Other Benefits as per Banking Industry.
