Job Description – IAM Engineer

Role: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer
Experience: 3–5 years

Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Profiles related to ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager).
  • Implement and support IAM solutions such as IBM – ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager),
  • Manage user identities, roles, and permissions across systems.
  • Implement and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Administer user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Integrate applications with IAM platforms.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and support SoD checks.
  • Develop and maintain IAM automation scripts (PowerShell ,Java, APIs).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues.

 

Required Skills :

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts: IBM – ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager),
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools (IBM – ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager)
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and identity governance.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Scripting experience: PowerShell, JAVA.

 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (IBM).
