Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive with at least 2 years of experience to handle day-to-day backend operations, documentation, data management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle backend operational work and administrative support

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain records, MIS, and reports

  • Data entry and updating information in internal systems

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams

  • Ensure timely processing of files, documents, and requests

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of data

  • Support audit, compliance, and internal reporting activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in back office or operations role

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
