Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – RX to drive marketing initiatives for our prescription (RX) portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical RX landscape, brand building expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute brand strategies for RX products to achieve business objectives
· Design and implement marketing campaigns, promotional inputs, and brand plans
· Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and insight generation to guide strategy
· Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective on-ground execution
· Develop scientific promotional materials aligned with compliance and regulatory guidelines
· Engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals to strengthen brand positioning
· Monitor brand performance and optimize strategies for growth
Travel Requirement
Travel across cities for up to 7 days per month for market visits, field work, and stakeholder engagement
Candidate Profile
· Proven experience in RX / ethical pharma marketing
· Strong understanding of prescription product lifecycle and regulations
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Analytical mindset with strong planning abilities
· MBA in Marketing / Pharma Management preferred
