Senior System Analyst

Role Summary:
Responsible for analysis, design, and support of core banking and allied IT systems to ensure stable operations, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Support and enhance Core Banking System (CBS) and integrated applications.
Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal IT teams for system changes.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security as per RBI/IS guidelines.
Manage UAT, production support, and incident/problem resolution.
Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and audit-related reports.
Support technology upgrades, migrations, and digital initiatives.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10 years of experience in banking IT / financial systems.
Strong knowledge of CBS, databases, APIs, and IT controls.
