JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose / Summary:

· Regularly check and monitor IT systems in the field to ensure they are functioning correctly.

· Assist in the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware in field locations.

· Identify and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime in the field.

· Help implement and enforce IT policies, best practices, and processes in field locations

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Keep track of IT assets in the field and ensure they are properly maintained and updated.

· Support the planning and execution of system upgrades and technology refreshes in field locations.

· Work closely with other departments to ensure IT needs are met and support is provided in the field.

· Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations in field locations

· Field based job - Needs to travel from one location to another location (minimum 2 locations per day). Might have to stay at night sometimes.

· IT Staff have to solve all kinds of Hardware related issues under their cluster (like System, Scanner, Printer, Cash Counting Machine (Small) etc.)

· Detecting and fixing the problems in IT Hardware, Security Devices, in the Branches

· If needed configuring OS, running image, install OS etc.

· HFCs and Banking Unit level- Logging calls or helping Branches to log calls to different vendors/ BERP

· Coordination with Branch HFC , Banking Unit, HO and vendor to resolve a problem

· Promptly provide support with reference to TAT so that business does not get impacted, thus they need to visit minimum 2/3 Branches every day

Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:

· Educational Qualification - Any Domain. ( B.Sc, BCA)

· Relevant Job Experience – 2 – 4 Years

· Skills and Competencies- IT OPS support.
