Role Purpose:
Responsible for end-to-end management of bank premises and infrastructure to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and uninterrupted operations across branches, offices, and critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations including branches, corporate offices, ATMs, and data centers.

• Oversee building maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, DG sets, lifts, and UPS.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory norms (fire, electrical, local authorities, audit requirements).

• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and repairs; manage SLAs and contracts.

• Plan and execute infrastructure projects such as branch setup, renovation, relocation, and closure.

• Monitor facility budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and CAPEX/OPEX control.

• Ensure business continuity by maintaining critical infrastructure uptime.

• Handle audits, inspections, and risk mitigation related to premises and infrastructure.

• Support sustainability initiatives, energy management, and space optimization.
