Ø Minimum Experience: 5-8 years of Banking experience with Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT company or associated with IT/project department of Bank.

Role Description:

Ø Good knowledge in Retail Assets Products of banks namely, Overdraft, Cash Credit, Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Agri Loan, Staff Loan, Gold Loan etc.

Ø Good understanding on the Interest Calculation, NPA classification, Provisioning, Difft. type instalment calculation and repayment schedules,

Ø Good understanding on the Core Banking application, Loan origination and Loan servicing system used by Banks and its role.

Ø Good understanding on peripheral systems like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, IMPS etc (used for transactions in Retail Assets accounts) from the functional perspective, and how these are interfaced with Core Banking application. In addition, the understanding of API / field mapping is must.

Ø Must have worked in any of the Core Banking application in production support, implementation or quality assurance in a functional or techno functional role.

Ø Understand the Business requirement from the Business and provide solution to the same by documenting Business Requirement Document (BRD) and ability to cross validate the Functional Specification Document (FSD) shared by the SPOC

Ø Document the Business requirements and enter into a discussion with the in-house and external software developer to create the solution.

Ø Effective communication and understanding ability to add value in the discussion between IT vendor and business users.

Qualifications:

Ø BE/MCA/MBA/Post Graduated

Ø Certification/diploma in the area of Business Analysis, Quality Analyst, relevant banking domain etc will add value.
