About the Role
Emami Ltd is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth initiatives with a strong focus on website management and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing brand websites within reputed FMCG organizations, preferably in the Beauty or Personal Care category.
This role will play a critical part in strengthening the brand’s digital presence, enhancing consumer engagement, and driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the company’s brand websites — content, UX/UI, performance, and optimization
Drive website traffic growth, engagement metrics, and conversion improvement
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
Lead SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and paid media initiatives
Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and derive actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, brand, and IT teams to enhance digital experience
Oversee website content updates, landing pages, campaign microsites, and product pages
Manage digital agencies and ensure ROI-driven execution
Ensure website compliance, speed optimization, and best-in-class user experience
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5 – 8 years in Digital Marketing
Strong experience in managing websites of reputed FMCG companies (Beauty / Personal Care preferred)
Proven expertise in website performance optimization and digital campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion rate optimization
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
