About the Role
Emami Ltd is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead brand growth initiatives across its portfolio. The role requires a seasoned FMCG marketing professional with strong expertise in brand strategy, innovation, and integrated campaign execution.
This is a high-impact role with ownership of business performance, market expansion, and brand equity enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive annual brand strategy and execution plans
Own brand P&L elements and deliver revenue, market share, and profitability targets
Lead integrated marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL / Digital / Trade Marketing)
Drive new product development and innovation roadmap
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive landscape
Optimize media spends and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D
Manage creative, media, digital, and research agencies
Candidate Profile
MBA (Mandatory)
Total Experience: 10 – 16 years
Minimum 6 years experience in Brand Management mandatory
Strong experience in Brand Management within FMCG / Consumer Goods industry
Proven experience managing sizable brands with measurable growth outcomes
Strong exposure to campaign planning and execution across channels
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
