About the Role
Emami Ltd is looking for a seasoned and strategic Group Brand Manager – Baby Care to lead brand growth, innovation, and profitability for its Baby Care portfolio. The role requires a strong FMCG marketing leader with proven expertise in brand building, consumer insights, and P&L management.
This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving category expansion, market share growth, and long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end brand strategy and annual operating plans for the Baby Care portfolio
Own P&L responsibility and deliver revenue & profitability targets
Develop integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital)
Drive new product development & innovation pipeline
Conduct consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis
Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D and Digital teams
Manage agencies and external partners
Lead and mentor brand managers / assistant brand managers
Candidate Profile
MBA from a Premier Business School (Mandatory)
Total Experience: 12–20 years
Minimum 6+ years in core Brand Management (FMCG preferred)
Strong exposure to Personal Care / Baby Care / Healthcare categories preferred
Demonstrated success in leading brand launches and scale-ups
Strong analytical, strategic thinking & stakeholder management skills
Experience managing large budgets and driving ROI
