Primary Purposes:
ð Managing key relationships of corporate salary.
ð Responsible for conduction customer engagement programmes.
ð Support the salary acquisition team with new business
ð Support cross sell activities by conducting – service / sales desk at critical corporates
ð Reiterate the overall proposition to the corporates through regular interaction with the corporates
ð Enhance penetration in the existing corporates
ð Explore potential for other cross functional business and also cross sell product

Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining key relationships, and engaging with the key decision makers such as HR and Finance team

Ensure salary credit flow into the accounts on a monthly basis
3
Cross opportunities by conducting sales / service desk in every corporate by following a defined calendar
4
Acquire one new relationship on a monthly basis
5
Engage with internal stakeholders of the bank to enhance business opportunities
6
Increase penetration in the corporates in-terms of no of salary credits and other products of the bank
7
Ensure efficient service to salary customers
8
Ensuring an efficient tracking of the corporates managed in terms of business
Qualifications
Essential
Graduate

Post Graduate/MBA (full time)
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate salary business
