Job Description:
· Investigate digital fraud cases (UEBT, identity theft, cybercrime).
· Utilize forensic tools for fraud detection and resolution.
· Prepare reports, collaborate with cybersecurity teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Use MS Office (Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
· Communicate clearly in English through reports and verbal presentations.
Should have an experience in Credit Card Investigation.
