JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose / Summary:

· Understanding of RBI guidelines and circulars. Interpret and implement compliance requirements in risk management processes.

· Prepare risk reports for senior management and board committees, and coordinate with auditors and regulators during reviews.

· Data Management, MIS and understanding of Credit Risk and Models.

· Monitor RBS model and governance processes as per RBI guidelines and internal standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· RBS compliance— Logical and conceptual reviews of Data, benchmarking, and back-testing

· Analyse & validate the data for RBI submission and prepare data for key risk indicators (KRI's) across various risk categories using internal Model.

· Ensure timely compliance of Internal and external Audit observations by various Risk Functions.

· Handling ad hoc regulatory submissions and ensure correctness of data being submitted.

· Ability to interpret and analyze Actions emanating from various Management committees and Board Committees of the Bank.

Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

· Educational Qualification- M Tech/ MBA / MSc/ BSc/ B tech

· Relevant Job Experience- ~5 years in a scheduled commercial bank with experience in RBS Tranche 1 & Tranche 2 reporting and submissions, regulatory compliance and Regulatory Data Management.

· Skills and Competencies-

ü SQL, Python , MS Excel and VBA, dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.

ü Data understanding across core banking, EDL, collections, bureau, etc.
