Job Purpose / Summary:
Drive the growth and profitability of the business loan portfolio within the assigned periphery by effectively managing sales, customer relationships, and operational aspects. This involves achieving sales targets, building a high-quality loan portfolio, and ensuring the efficient and profitable management of the portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Having a strong understanding of loan products, including business loans, and providing guidance to the team on product features and benefits
· Create and execute plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
· A deep understanding of loan products and the ability to assess customer needs.
· Tracking team progress and providing feedback to improve sales results.
· Cross functional co-ordination with credit team to support sales effort.
· Responsible for the timely & accurate submission of daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
· Monitoring the performance of the loan portfolio, including tracking delinquencies and ensuring timely repayments.
· Travelling across the assigned Division as per Business Needs.
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
· Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s / Post Graduate Degree
· Relevant Job Experience - 7-9 years of exposure in the banking or financial industry with expertise into Unsecured/Secured Business Loan, knowledge of CC/OD and team management. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing teams of Area Managers and Relationship Officers.
· Functional Skills – Having sound knowledge of Unsecured/Secured Business Loan Product. Handling a team size of 50+ and ticket size of 25lacs and above.
