Job Title MANAGER - EVENTS AND BRAND SOLUTIONS

Job Summary The ‘Manager - Events and Brand Solutions’ will be responsible for generating sponsorship and partnership revenue for the ABP Digital owned intellectual properties and event platform. The role focuses on selling sponsorship opportunities to brands, advertisers and agencies. The role also involves developing customised brand solutions based on client briefs by leveraging the organisation’s IPs, content platforms and audience engagement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sponsorship Sales for IPs  Drive sponsorship and partnership revenue for the organisation’s IP led events and platforms hosted in Bengal.  Identify and approach brands, advertisers and agencies across India for sponsorship opportunities.  Achieve assigned sponsorship revenue targets. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management  Build and maintain relationships with brand marketing teams, media agencies and corporate decision makers across key markets in India.  Conduct presentations and pitch meetings with prospective sponsors.  Negotiate commercial agreements and close sponsorship deals.  Maintain long term relationships to drive repeat partnerships across multiple IPs. Brand Solutions Sales  Engage with brands and media agencies to understand their marketing briefs, campaign objectives and brand challenges.  Work with internal teams to develop customised brand solutions using the organisation’s IPs, digital platforms and event properties.  Conceptualise integrated brand engagement opportunities combining on ground events, digital platforms, content integration and audience engagement.  Present strategic brand solution proposals aligned with client marketing objectives.  Drive revenue through customised brand partnerships beyond standard sponsorship packages. Sponsorship and Brand Integration  Work with internal teams to develop relevant brand integration opportunities within the organisation’s IPs.  Create customised sponsorship and integration proposals that align brand objectives with audience engagement. Internal Coordination  Coordinate with Marketing and Event-execution teams to ensure sponsor commitments are delivered effectively.  Track and manage sponsor deliverables across digital platforms, promotional assets and-on ground event properties. Market Development  Track sponsorship and marketing trends across national markets.  Identify emerging brands and advertisers that can partner with the organisation’s IPs and platforms. Reporting and Pipeline Management  Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors and brand solution opportunities.  Track revenue targets, partnerships secured and overall sales performance. *************************************************************************** Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media or any related field.  10+ years of experience in Sponsorship Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Brand Solutions or Event IP Sales. Preferred Profile  Experience working with national brands advertisers and media agencies.  Ability to sell event sponsorships, experiential platforms, branded content or media IPs.  Exposure to integrated marketing solutions and customised brand partnerships. Language Requirement  Ability to speak, read, and write Bengali will be an added advantage.
