1 JOB DESCRIPTION Name of the Department Emerging Entrepreneurs Business Role Territory Collection Manager-SEAL Designation Senior Manager & Above Locations Vijayawada/Moradabad Reporting To National Recovery Manager (SEAL) Job Purpose / Summary: • TCM (Territory Collection Manger) will be responsible for the Consistency (MOM) in achieving SMA-2, NPA & Write-off targets, Collections, Timely report submission to various departments as per requirements, Operational Efficiency, Dealing with the People/Customers. Also responsible for staff recruitment, Team handling, Legal tool implementation Duties and Responsibilities: • Will suitably allocate targets to subordinates • Will monitor the activities of DCM and CE • Will liaise with HR department for recruitment • Will analyse data to understand geographical or demographic trends in delinquent accounts • Will be involved in legal proceedings • Agency handling • Fraud control, reporting & liaise with respective stake holders • Field visit, monitoring, gap identification & correction Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required: • Educational Qualification- Minimum Graduation • Relevant Job Experience- Relevant experience in the same field • Skills and Competencies- Should have robust knowledge in Debt management Recommended By: Approved By:
