Role Overview

The Team Member – Administration is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within the bank branch/office. This role supports internal teams, maintains documentation, manages facilities, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)

Coordinate internal communications and correspondence

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS

2. Facility & Asset Management

Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and security

Manage inventory of office supplies and banking materials

Coordinate with vendors for office services (AMC, repairs, etc.)

Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (printers, systems, etc.)

3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines

Maintain confidential records and sensitive documents securely

Support audit processes by organizing required documentation

4. Coordination & Support

Assist HR in onboarding logistics and documentation

Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events

Support branch staff with administrative requirements

5. Vendor & Expense Management

Handle vendor onboarding and documentation

Track invoices, payments, and expense records

Ensure cost-effective procurement and budget adherence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

1–3 years of experience in administration (preferably in banking/financial services)

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Basic understanding of banking operations and compliance

Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Skills

Experience with banking software or internal systems

Knowledge of audit and compliance processes

Vendor management experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Efficiency in administrative operations

Accuracy in documentation and reporting

Vendor and facility management effectiveness

Compliance adherence and audit readiness

Work Environment

Office-based role within a bank branch or corporate office
