Job Purpose / Summary:
Sales Manager – Credit Card will be responsible for driving the business value for his/her
vertical. He/she needs to ensure that they acquire quality business by coordinating with the
external/internal vendors and stake holders, developing new market and increasing existing
market share.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow retail sales and revenue for all credit card products
Recruitment and team management of outsourced manpower.
Manage local relationship with the outsourced manpower provider.
Relationship management with internal businesses for cross-sell opportunities.
Manage relations with external partners like DSA, third party vendors etc.
Identify sales opportunities for Credit Card Products by understanding customer needs
Develop innovative and actionable card usage plans and programs which align with
management directions and are beneficial to credit card business growth
Execute marketing programs flawlessly and coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure
smooth implementation of marketing programs and initiatives
Manage and strike the balance between sales volume and cost, achieve business target with a
reasonable budget
Maintain win-win relationship with existing business partners and explore new partnership to
benefit the building of card usage habit of existing cardholders
Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segment,
stimulate strong hook for their card usage and increase active ratio
Manage the reward programs and reward costs to balance and control profitability
Lead and coach subordinates to deliver business results and execution excellence
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
Educational Qualification- Graduation (Full Time)
Relevant Job Experience- 3-8 Years
Skills and Competencies2
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the credit card industry, financial products, and customer acquisition
strategies.
Strong analytical skills to monitor sales data and performance metrics.
