Job Description
Drive regional sales growth for TMT bars by leading the sales team, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets and drive volume growth

Develop and expand dealer/distributor network

Lead and manage Sales Officers; monitor performance and productivity

Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, engineers, and masons

Conduct influencer meets and market development activities

Ensure regular site visits and strong on-ground execution

Monitor DSRs, CRM updates, and sales reporting

Manage collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups
