Position Summary:-
PA to the Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director's Office by providing high-level administrative, operational support.
The role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage priorities.
Ø Key Responsibilities:-
- Meeting Coordination:
· Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
· Coordinate with internal teams, Internal &external stakeholders
- Operational Oversight:
· Act as a liaison between the Director's Office and various departments
· Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
· Monitor and track deadlines and progress reports.
- Event Management:
· Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, collaboration.
· Manage logistics, invitations, and guest coordination hosted by the Director.
