Experience: Min 5 +years experience in Cement / Paint / Building material Industries in “Business Development” or “Technical Service” domain, with an ability to handle a territorial team.

Qualification: Diploma /B.Tech in Civil Engineering from reputed institute

Responsibilities:-

• Spear heading Secondary team in the state.
• Familiarity with Arch / Engr fraternity of the state, daily visit and getting them on boarded for SSML Influencer scheme,
• Ensuring increased lifting of engineer base on M-o-M basis.
• Monitoring team’s daily visit plan on daily basis, PJP monitoring
• Ensuring Active Contractor and IHB base addition on M-o-M, by the team.
• Monitoring secondary sales by the team and compliance against target.
• Handling Influencer’s concern and mitigation with full satisfaction and retention.
• Presentation of fortnight / monthly report for the team – for management review
