TSO (Technical Sales Officer)
Responsibilities:-
- Daily meetings with IHB – (Individual House Builders), Influencers (masons, Contractors & engineers) in the assigned region to generate Sales for TMT Bars as per the Monthly targets assigned.
- Enrollment of Engineers, masons & Contractors & IHB in the company’s CRM system
- Ensure all visits are completed as per the PJP (Pre-journey plan) assigned by the Manager. There must be minimum 8 unique visits to be completed per day.
- Update all visit reports in CRM system.
- Conducting local meets for Masons, Engineers, Contractors, Architects Etc.
- Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for Market visits (reimbursement as per company policy)
