Job Purpose / Summary:
The Relationship Manager – Aspire Banking is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mass affluent customers by delivering personalized banking solutions, driving sales of liability and wealth products, and ensuring superior customer service. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship deepening, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Aspire (mass affluent) customers and build strong, long-term relationships
- Acquire new customers through referrals, leads, and local market activities
- Drive growth in CASA, term deposits, and fee-based income
- Cross-sell banking and wealth products such as mutual funds, insurance, cards, and loans
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and query resolution
- Promote digital banking channels and increase customer engagement
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
