Job Title: Relationship Manager – First Wealth

Job Purpose / Summary:

The Relationship Manager – First Wealth is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of emerging affluent customers, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving revenue through liability and wealth product sales. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship deepening, and investment advisory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of First Wealth / emerging affluent customers
  • Acquire new clients through referrals, leads, and self-sourcing
  • Drive growth in CASA, term deposits, and investment AUM
  • Cross-sell wealth products such as mutual funds, insurance, bonds, PMS, and structured products
  • Provide basic financial advisory aligned to customer goals and risk profile
  • Increase customer engagement through regular interactions and portfolio reviews
  • Achieve sales targets across liabilities, investments, and third-party products
  • Ensure superior customer experience and timely resolution of queries
  • Promote digital banking and wealth platforms
  • Adhere to KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 2–6 years of experience in retail banking / wealth management
  • AMFI certification (mandatory/preferred)
  • IRDA certification (added advantage)

  • AUM (Assets Under Management) growth
  • CASA and deposit mobilization
  • Fee income / wealth revenue
  • Customer acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Customer retention and satisfaction
