Job Purpose / Summary:
A Trade Forex Relationship Manager manages key client relationships and supports their foreign exchange and trade finance needs. The role focuses on advising clients on FX solutions, helping them manage currency risks, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth transaction execution, and driving revenue through strong service and cross-selling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•
The Retail Trade, Forex and Remittances position will be responsible for managing customers for their Trade and Foreign Exchange solutions.
•
It requires advisory on treasury products, working capital and trade finance products.
•
To achieve RTFX Income Target on entire range of Trade & Forex products, viz., Imports/ Exports/ Bank Guarantees & LCs / Buyer's Credit/ FDI/ODI/ ECB, Forex Cards, FCY DDs, inward and outward Remittances etc.
•
For Sourcing Forex Cards and Remittances from retail customers, the department drives business from branches and through Channel Partners (Referral Agents).
•
Driving business through a set of Branches for Trade and Retail forex.
•
Sales Target includes Throughput & Income budget of Forex cards, outward Remittance, Inward remittance through Bank Branches & External linkages.
•
Increase trade revenue by increasing banking business share of the existing customer.
•
New Customer Acquisition - Joint visits/calls with branch staff to prospective customers being acquired by the branch for pitching RTFX products.
•
Facilitate processing of all trade and retail forex transactions.
•
Support the branch in creating visibility for RTFX products and driving marketing promotions in the catchment.
•
Push centrally driven business contests and campaigns in the mapped branches with BMs, CHs, and Resources
•
Maintain desired quality of sourcing through Branches & External Linkages.
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
•
A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a master’s degree in management

Basic banking product knowledge will be essential
•
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
•
Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility and punctuality
•
Should be good team player with proper interpersonal skills
•
Good communication skill in Hindi, English and a local language will be an advantage.
