Job Purpose

The incumbent will lead and manage Elite Bankers to deliver defined business objectives. The role involves driving mobile and digital banking adoption, strengthening multi‑product customer engagement, improving CASA value, acquiring quality NTBs, and deepening relationships across Liabilities, Assets, Business Banking, Trade Forex, Wealth, Insurance, and Cross‑sell products.

A strong understanding of banking and investment products is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, sales planning, performance tracking, and delivery of Elite Banker teams
• Coach teams on tele‑calling, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Drive revenue, goal sheet achievement, and quality customer engagement
• Enhance HNI customer engagement through joint calls and meetings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across product lines
• Drive Privilege Program onboarding, cross‑sell, digital adoption, and PPC improvement
• Ensure service excellence, process adherence, and complaint resolution
• Implement data‑driven sales strategies and enable continuous training
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent while managing attrition
