Job Purpose / Summary:

The Sales Manager – Credit Card is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned vertical. The role involves acquiring quality customers by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing new markets, and expanding the existing market share.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail sales and revenue for all credit card products
  • Recruit and manage outsourced sales teams
  • Maintain relationships with outsourced manpower providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as DSAs and third-party vendors
  • Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs
  • Develop innovative and actionable card usage programs aligned with business goals
  • Execute marketing initiatives effectively in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Balance sales volume with cost efficiency to achieve targets within budget
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners and explore new partnerships
  • Identify and analyze potential customer segments to improve engagement and usage
  • Manage reward programs and associated costs to ensure profitability
  • Lead, coach, and guide team members to achieve business objectives

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation (Full-Time)

Relevant Experience:

  • 3–8 years

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of credit card products and customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong analytical ability to track sales performance and metrics
