Job Purpose / Summary:

Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them towards appropriate loan products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively reach out to existing and potential customers, building trust and rapport.
  • Actively seek out new business customers through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Perform initial review of loan applications, providing input on creditworthiness and loan terms.
  • Help customers understand the loan application process and assist in preparing the necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of their loan portfolio, ensuring on-time collection.
  • Prepare reports on portfolio performance and client activity.
  • Work closely with departments, such as Branch Banking, Credit, Collection & Operations.
  • Generate leads for business loans, which may involve travelling to different locations or regions to prospect for new clients.

 

Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
