Key Responsibilities
• Drive regional sales strategy and execution for GI and Powder Coating segments to achieve revenue and volume targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEMs, fabricators, and industrial clients
• Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to ensure performance alignment with business goals
• Work closely with channel partners, distributors, and dealers to strengthen market penetration
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies
• Coordinate with technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and customer servicing
• Ensure effective pricing strategies, margin management, and credit control within the region
