Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales performance and achieve volume and revenue targets for GI and Powder Coating products within the assigned territory
· Develop and expand business across OEMs, fabricators, job coaters, and industrial clients
· Strengthen and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
· Identify new market opportunities and actively pursue new customer acquisition
· Ensure regular customer visits, technical discussions, and solution-based selling
· Work closely with the technical and application teams to support product trials and conversions
· Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
· Ensure timely collections, credit discipline, and overall commercial hygiene
